We are looking for young people to take part in a two-week bootcamp, where you will work in a real production team, recording, marketing and publishing a three episode podcast series, with your name on the credits when it goes live. No experience needed.
What will participants receive?
The bootcamp will be hands-on, practical and engaging, giving participants the opportunity to develop new skills, build their confidence and explore the creative industries in a supportive and inclusive environment.Â
The aim is to create a space where everyone feels welcomed, included and encouraged to take part, learn, build their soft skills and explore their next steps.
We will also provide support with lunches and travel, helping to remove some of the practical barriers that can make it difficult for young people to take part, while introducing them to opportunities across the creative industries, performing arts and music.
The bootcamp will run from Monday 23rd November to Friday 4th December
from 10am to 4pm across two weeks at Oasis St Martin’s Village, Tulse Hill, and our studio on Norwood Road.

Participants will also to receive:
£50 support per week for attending.
Free meals and travel for the duration of the bootcamp.
Following the bootcamp, participants will have the opportunity to apply for paid six-month internships starting in January 2027.

Those aged 16–24
Who are Lambeth residents
Are currently NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) or at risk of becoming NEET
Are interested in exploring opportunities within the creative industries, performing arts or music
Are available to attend the full two-week bootcamp
Are looking to move towards employment or develop the skills, confidence and experience needed to take their next steps
